Ghanaian international Daniel Opare has noted that he is eager to begin the new chapter of his career with Belgian Jupiler Pro League club Zulte Waregem.
The former FC Porto defender has today sealed a transfer to the club after parting ways with Royal Antwerp on the back of the expiration of the 1-year contract he signed with the outfit last year.
Now set to link up with his new teammates to prepare for the next season, Daniel Opare says he cannot wait to get started.
“I played against Zulte Waregem a few times and it is a strong team with a lot of ambition. In addition, the great support from the supporters is added. I can't wait to start the season”, the former FIFA U20 World Cup winner said in an interview with Essevee TV.
Daniel Opare, 29, in the past played for clubs such as Real Madrid Castilla, Standard Liège, Besiktas, and Lens.
