Patrick Razak Confirm Kotoko Interest
Former Hearts of Oak winger, Patrick Razak has lifted the lid on interest from Kumasi Asante Kotoko following his representative’s indication that he is available to join any club.
The explosive winger left the Phobians family to join the Guinean top-flight side Horoya AC in 2018 on the back of an outstanding season in the Ghana Premier League, as well as the MTN FA Cup competition.
Following an uneventful campaign in Guinea, he is now back home as a free agent and will decide on his next move when football makes a return after the Coronavirus (Covid-19) break.
Speaking to Koforidua-based Bryt FM, Patrick Razak has revealed that Kotoko head coach Maxwell Konadu has contacted him over a possible move.
“Maxwell Konadu at a point in time was talking to me but it got to a time where I couldn’t reply to his message because I don’t want to assure him and later on disappoint him”, the former Black Stars B attacker said.
Meanwhile, it is understood that Hearts of Oak remains likely destination for the winger with officials of the club having already expressed interest.
