Ghana's Black Stars striker, Asamoah Gyan has paid for the construction of a road in an area in Accra.
The name of the area is not yet known.
The former Sunderland and Kayserispor striker revealed that he was doing this as his own small way to support the government.
“These are the petty petty ways we can also help”, he noted.
Gyan was present at the site where the project is taking place.
He was there to inspect and make sure the work is going on smoothly.
Gyan is Ghana's all-time leading goal scorer with 51 goals.
