The bomb in the airplane

A pasenger was on he AIRPORT counter with his luggage and asking
"Madam, can you help, I have on my trip to New York a bomb in my
cabin luggage, is it allowed to pack it in my bigger luggage in the cargo area of the plane,because its not so confortable and too heavy? or must it remain in the cabin luggage
