THE ALCOHOL PSALMS

ALCOHOL is my companion. I shall not want, it maketh me fall in dry gutters,it leadeth me to do things which seem impossible,it arouses my soul,it leadeth me into the path of partial lunacy,for its powers sake.Though I commit crimes under its influence,I am always happy.It places a pot of palm wine before me,Disgrace me in the presence of my friends,Thou covers my head with many scars.My foolishness reigns supreme.Surely insanity,disgrace,empty pockets and accidents shall follow me all the days of my life,And I will dwell in the house of palm wine seller Foever and Forever. AMEN.
