Confused

You told me you loved me, then went far away.
You said you would always be there for me, but no longer you said, could you stay.

You mentioned to me how much you loved only me and me alone, but now I sit here,

crying silently in my home.
I am so confused, and I wonder what wrong I could of said to you, to abandoned me

and leaving me desolate in shattered tears.
You told me you would never leave and you did just the opposite.

You said, no matter what, you would always be there for me...

but here I sit, crying in the dark, with a broken heart, confused.

You did not have to go away, you said you just needed time.

Well what about the special times, we spent together as man and wife.

You wore my whole life as you said I was yours too.

How could you leave me in tormoil and agony?
What can I say, to bring you back to me...
to the woman that deeply and truly loves you.
No one will love you the way that I do...
and no one will buy you gifts like I did.
You wore my prince and now someone new, may be loving you,

but if you ever need me again, I am just a phone call away.

You know in your heart, you will always love me, and that I love you.

All you need to do is write me a letter, send a postcard or call me.

I am just a dial away.
So dear, if you ever feel the need to be loved by a real lady, then think of me.

I will always long for your sweet and tender touch and warm embrace.

For now..I shall sit here, and hope that you pick up that phone or send me a letter,

and cry a river of tears, thinking why you left me and what I can do, to make you long for me once again.
