Sylvester Oguejiofor popularly know as SYLICON from Umunocha Village in Awka Etiti Anambra State of Nigeria was born and bred in Aba,Abia State In a family of six,three boys and three girls.He is currently the c.e.o of BLACKJAZ ENTERTAINMENT and also signed as a Recording artist.
Sylicon began his music career early 2003 and started recording songs in 2004 at HARMONY MUSIC recording studio Ajegunle,Lagos. His first album titled "HARD WAY OUT" was released in 2006 which it's first video was promoted the same year on CHANNEL O,MBI etc. In show performance,Sylicon has proved being a star,he has featured in many big shows in Nigeria.
Sylicon is a versatile artist. "I rap and sing,i don't even know my genre of music ,i entertain my fans that's all" Quoted Sylicon.
The last three singles he released early this year "Hold my hand,Listening and Catch me,are making a huge wave in some of the radio stations in Nigeria,Ghana,Cameroun,South Africa etc, also on internet and clubs all over Nigeria and beyond.
Sylicon,the HipHop,Pop and R&b sensation has featured in his singles artistes like Shaker,Blaka,Galaxy girl,Vicab c,Eufo and Billy bayanak. The release of Rock my world is one of the milestones he has towards the release of his upcoming Album titled "The youngest BOSS"...(T.Y.B). Rock my world is a blues song produced by a Camerounian/Nigerian Artistes Production manager,sound producer,arranger,former Dready boyz (New waves) manager,sound produced Maxwell Udoh and the best of the 80"east of the Niger Mr Billy Bayanak.
As far as Nigerian music industry is concerned,Sylicon is out with a burning desire to influence it possitively.
