Amvictorious Supermodel 1st runner up Mavoro Winifred's visit to the orphanage home
Mavoro Odafinome Winifred, a graduate from the University of Abuja, where she studied linguistics recently just finished her youth service this june same time as when she became the 1st Runner up for the AmVictorious Supermodel Search in Lagos last Month.
When asked how she felt about winner, Mavoro said " I was very happy, it was a dream come through, am very grateful to God that favoured me and made me find favour in the sight of the judges and the audience"
When asked to relay her recent project, Mavoro who Birthday was on July 14th said:
"I celebrated it at the TREASURE OF LOVE( sisters of mother Teresa) motherless babies home magodo Lagos, i really had fun with the kids, it was my best birthday ever because watching the kids laughing gave me this unique joy. I want to be a voice for the less privilege because i have discovered that most of these homes don't have enough support and love from people. we dont have to be NGO organisations or churches to visit these homes, let people visit them like i did to talk n celebrate with them. this kids are amazing so if people visit them more often they would feel happy and loved. my visit to the TREASURE OF LOVE MOTHERLESS BABY HOME opened my eyes to the challenges facing the less privilege home, some of the kids needs to go to school, some needs to change their clothing, some are short of food stuff, some kids have medical issues and all sort. So am calling out to every capable Nigerians to support these homes materially and financially so as to impact positively to the lifes of these kids in order for these kids to feel the momentum that comes with love togerther we came change our great nation Nigeria.
