The Member of Parliament for the Kpando constituency, Hon-Della Sowah has donated more items to the Margret Marquart hospital as part of efforts to fight the novel Coronavirus.
Her donations came at the back of reported COVID-19 cases in Volta Region. As part of her efforts to reach out to all people in and out of Kpando constituency, she donated some medical facilities to the Margret Marquart hospital.
She has visited the Margret Marquart hospital and other health facilities in the constituency earlier to make similar donations of items such as hand sanitizers, tissue papers, soaps, Veronica bucks and others.
She used the occasion as part of her frequent visitation to the communities within the Kpando area to intensify education on the need to take the precautionary measures seriously.
She called on everyone, regardless of one's political or religious affiliations to join hands in the fight against the novel Coronavirus virus.
She promised to continue to work with everyone, particularly the health workers towards a common purpose of defeating the virus once and for all.
The lawmaker applauded the hard working health officials who she believes are doing everything in their power to support the constituency and educate the people.
