The Municipal Chief Executive of Ejura-Sekyedumase Municipality, Alhaji Mohammed Salisu Bamba, this morning on NaaGyei FM hinted at setting up a COVID-19 Fund in the course of the week to help in the fight against the pandemic.
"I am giving out an amount of GHC10,000 as seed money for the Municipal Fund," he said.
This was made known to the public in response to measures his outfit has undertaken to ensure that the Municipality records zero case in relation to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
It is to note that, since the outbreak, the Hon. MCE together with the Municipal Health Directorate has put in place a lot of measures aimed at protecting his people.
"This fund is coming to augment the already existing measures to ensure the total safety of the people across the municipality," the MCE assured.
