Prophetess OT Linda, Founder of Glorious Ambassadors of Christ International Ministry at Kwabenya in Greater Accra has urged the government to donate essential items to the less privileged such as orphans, widows and street children in the wake of Coronavirus outbreak.
She mentioned items such as sanitizers and soaps which will serve as safety tools for those who can’t afford to enable them to take care of themselves as the deadly disease keeps spreading.
In an interview, Prophetess Linda urged the government to entrust some pastors and religious leaders to assist in carrying out the task.
She said this will serve as an offering of pacification for Ghana in order for God to have mercy on the nation to wipe away the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
Ghana has confirmed four additional new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
This raise the total case count to 136.
The four new cases were confirmed within the general population by the Ghana Health Service on the morning of Friday, March 27, 2020.
Authorities say contact tracing has been initiated for the new cases.
The new patients have since been isolated and are receiving treatment.
One patient who was in critical condition on Thursday has reportedly been stabilized and responding to treatment. Breakdown of 136 total cases
With the new update, the number of confirmed cases within the general population is now 58, including three deaths and one recovered patient.
