The NDC in the Volta region has taken judicious notice of the claim made by the finance minister concerning claims payment to all NHIS accredited facilities across the country which was reechoed by the president.
We can say on authority upon our investigations that the president and the finance minister peddled serious untruth to Ghanaians, because majority of the accredited NHIS facilities in Volta region have not been paid by government since January 2019 to date as claimed.

The NDC Volta with all these unalloyed facts, call on the government to pay all facilities in the region as a matter of urgency to enable the facilities to build their local capacities and acquire protective gear in the midst of the reported cases of coronavirus in the country.
