I was very disapointed when Paullette was the second to be evicted from the Mentor House. It was then that I realised that there was a problem with the voting process.

I remember that Francis Doku mentioned in his column that 70 percent of the voting being given to the public was not a very good idea and requested that something be done about it.

I think I agree with Francis because if this 70 percent thing should continue all the best contestants in the mentor house are going to be evicted.

The day Paullettte was evicted, I asked myslef what Roseline and Doris did to remain in the house.

I lost interest completely in the show after the eviction that night. I was very disapointed when the reason for Paullettte's eviction was because most of the people who voted for her spelt her name wrongly.

I started wondering why the organisers did not tell the public from the beginning that if you don't get the name of your favourite contestant correctly spelt, you will be disqualified.

I think Paullette's eviction was a shock for every lover of the show but I know there is nothing we can do about it since the harm has already been done but I would advise the organisers of the show to try and put things in order the next time they want to organise a show like this.

I will like to suggest to the organisers to hand over the organisation of such shows to an event organisation in future.

Come to think of it, what is wrong with the instrumentalists? They really helped most of the contestant to flop during the show. I think something should be done about the instrumentalists too.

I also think the contestants should be groomed on stage manners. For instance how could Ruth cover her face with the flowers she was given after her performance when the MC asked her a question?

Another disappointment was Doris's behaviour after her eviction. How could she stand infront of the judges and audience and tell the band that she was not going to sing the song she was supposed to sing?

I think who ever is teaching the contestants songs has to be very strict on them and explain to them that TV3 has a wide coverage now so almost every lover of the station will be watching them perform so they should get serious on stage.

If I had my own way, I will suggest that Mentor should take a break for the contestants to be polished so that they will give us something worth what is being spent on them just like their colleagues on Stars of the Future did.
