Members of the inter-party resistance against the Electoral Commission's plan to compile a new voters' register for the 2020 general elections has hit the streets of Kumasi Tuesday morning in protest.
The group has been arguing that it was unnecessary to compile a new register and that it would be a waste of public resources.
This protest 'Yɛnpene' is part of series of protests to hit the country all geared towards the EC's attempt to compile a new voters' register. It follows the maiden protest which was held in Tamale dubbed "Tikusayi."
