This week's quiz: On 16 November, I asked you a question about current events in Bolivia. On 10 November, after unrelenting protests which were eventually joined by the police and the military, the president and the vice-president of Bolivia resigned. I asked you to send me their names.

The answer is: Evo Morales, president, and Álvaro García Linera, vice-president. They both left Bolivia for Mexico, and are now in Argentina.

Bolivia's interim president is an opposition senator, Jeanine Áñez. Fresh presidential elections are currently scheduled for this coming May.

Last month, an arrest warrant was issued for Morales by Bolivian prosecutors, for alleged sedition and terrorism. The interim government alleged that Morales promoted violent clashes in the country before and after he left office.

The winners are: Rabeya Begum from the Nilshagor RFI Fan Club in Nilphamari, Bangladesh, and three RFI Listeners Club members:Deekay Dimple from Assam, India; Cornelius Dery from Kumasi, Ghana, and Arne Timm, from Harjumaa, Estonia. Rounding out the list of winners this week is Miss Arundhati Mukherjee from West Bengal, India, who included this note with her entry: “I am neither a member of the general RFI Listeners Club nor a member of an official independent RFI Listeners Club. I am a new online follower of RFI English Service. Please accept my answer.”

Of course, I'll accept your answer Arundhati! This kitchen is an inclusive kitchen: it takes everyone to make a good meal! So please don't hesitate to send in your quiz answers, no matter where you are or who you are … and welcome to the Sound Kitchen, Arundhati Mukherjee!
