The General Secretary of All People's Congress (APC) Mordecai Thiombiano leads a party delegation to the Northern Regional Capital Tamale ahead of a demonstration of an inter-party coalition on Saturday 11th January, 2020.

The demo is set to protest the Electoral Commission's decision to mismanage and embezzle funds through a needless compilation of a New Biometric Voter's Register.

He said the party is actively participating in all activities of the inter-party coalition to resist the compilation of the New Biometric Voter's Register.

He further added that Ghana does not belong to Nana Addo nor the ruling New Patriotic Party (NDC) therefore as citizens of Ghana and not spectators "we need to resist every oppressing decision by the ruling Government, particularly when it has to do with mismanagement and embezzlement of limited taxpayers money."

Mordecai Thiombiano continued, "Indeed it is outrageous to say the least, when one considers that an amount of Eight hundred and thirty-three million Ghana cedis (833,000,000) is going to be wasted for a needless replacement of an already credible biometric voters register."

Dr Hassan Ayariga the Founder/Leader of the party is expected to arrive in Tamale on Friday 10th January, 2019.
