Open Defiance As Some Sleep On Pointed Stones At Circle

Indiscipline among Ghanaians is becoming a worrying phenomenon as these men exhibited at the Kwame Nkrumah Interchange popularly referred to as ‘Circle’ in Accra.

City authorities have placed marble stones with rough pointed edges to prevent unauthorised persons from camping under the overheard roads but this does not deter some of the recalcitrant dwellers.

These men caught by Myjoyonline.com’s photographer were not deterred by efforts to keep them away from their ‘sleeping place’ even in broad daylight.
