The 76-year-old pensioner who took delivery of four goats presented to him by President Kufuor is asking for replacements following the death of the animals.
The man, Peter Kweku Amissah, had requested money from the president to start live-stock farming during the People's Assembly held at Cape Coast early this year.
Though Mr Amissah later received a presidential gift of four goats, tragedy struck the animals.
Three of them died leaving one, which according to the old man was not even healthy.
He wants the goats replaced and adequate funds provided to build a pen for them.
