These are happy times for former Big Brother Housemate, Seyi Awolowo who has just been unveiled as Brand Ambassador for the leading telemedicine platform, SeekMed. The announcement was made on Thursday, December 19, 2019, via social networking platform, Instagram.
According to Alok Awasthi, CEO of SeekMed, the choice of Seyi Awolowo was amongst other things based on his background in medicine and advocacy for good health which he has demonstrated on many occasions, most recently, during his 98-day stay in the Big Brother Nigeria reality TV show.
As part of his responsibilities, Awolowo is expected to leverage his popularity and social standing to draw attention to the use of telemedicine and need for people to seek a second opinion regarding medical conditions which is a gap SeekMed bridges with its App providing Nigerians easy access to top and highly rated doctors in India through video consultations.
The SeekMed App was developed with the intent to make quality and affordable healthcare accessible to everyone from around the World. The App adopts a combination of innovative technology solutions and qualified health care providers.
