Ghanaians in the Diaspora should invest in Ghana's economy- Ghana ambassador to the United States

His Excellency, Dr. Barfour Adjei-Barwuah has urged Ghanaians in the Diaspora to invest in Ghana's economy to accelerate the country's growth. He was speaking as the Special Guest of Honour at the naming of the son (Kemuel Kwabena Yeboah Antwi Junior) of the Columbus Ohio Chapter Secretary of the NPP, Mr. Danny Opoku Antwi and the wife, Mary Kwakyewaa Antwi at their residence in Blacklick Ohio. Some of the dignitaries present were the Consul General of the Ghana Embassy, Professor Emeritus Samuel Kwadwo Amoako, the Ashanti Regional Secretary of the NPP, Hon. Sam Pyne, the Chairperson of Columbus Ohio Ghana Council, Deputy National Communication Director of the NPP-USA, Dr. Sam Dwomoh, Columbus Ohio NPP Chapter Chairman, Rev. Samuel Sarkodie, Hon. Samuel Amankwaa, former Assembly member in the Odumasi electoral area, the clergy and a host of others.

Dr. Barwuah depicted that, Ghanaians in the Diaspora should come together to form partnership to enable them bring the best of their talent and strength forward to help build mother Ghana. He said, Ghanaians in the Diaspora should take advantage of the one district one factory initiative by the govt and other initiatives by the government.

Dr. Barwuah noted that, government has removed the barriers that will prevent the Diasporans from accessing the services of the government and state institutions by creating the Diasporan Relation Office at the Presidency and therefore they should take advantage of it.
