Serene Insurance Hits Kumasi And Ho

Serene Insurance Company Limited, a Member of the First Sky Group, is scheduled to open its regional offices in the Volta and Ashanti Regions in October this year.

After over a year of operations in the non-life (General Insurance) sector, the Company has distinguished itself as the insurer of choice for many, with its tagline ‘The New Face of Insurance’.

In an exclusive interview with the Chief Executive Officer of Serene Insurance, Mr. Chris Boadi-Mensah, he disclosed that Serene Insurance now seeks to take their tailor-made and unique insurance products and services to the door-steps of the people of the Ashanti and Volta Regions respectively.

He further indicated that Serene Insurance is poised to redefine the insurance landscape of Ghana and to change public perception of insurance through prompt handling and payment of all legitimate claims.

This latest move to the regions, therefore, forms part of the company’s long-term strategic vision of making quality, cost-effective and efficient insurance services available to the entire insuring public in all the sixteen regions of Ghana, within the next two years.

In pursuit of the above objective, he noted, that the Company will later in October this year open two new branches in Kumasi and Ho to serve the needs of the two regions and their adjoining areas. Residents of the two regions have therefore been urged to look forward to receiving Serene’s bespoke products and services that would give them good value for their money.
