There is more hunger for love and appreciation in this world than for bread. - MOTHER TERESA

In this article I talk about love as a secret of success. Love is an emotional force that drives us to do good for ourselves and those around us.
Love resides in each one of us. We can reach out to everyone, even our enemies, with love. We all want to feel appreciated even for what or who we are.
Love is an essential ingredient for long- term success. It empowers us to feel big inside, to have faith and let it reflect in everything we do. It sets us free to operate more effectively and efficiently. It raises our self-esteem, thus we have the confidence to do things which we previously thought to be impossible of achievement.
Love is the glue that binds relationships together. Let your love radiate to the people who come into your world. Watch how it affects their life. Most importantly see how it transforms your own life. Use love to conquer evil. Love never fails. Listen to Martin Luther King Jr who once said: “Hatred and bitterness can never cure the disease of fear. Only love can do that. Hatred paralyzes life, love releases it. Hatred confuses life, love harmonizes it. Hatred darkens life, love illuminates it. I’ve decided to stick with love, for hate is too great a burden to bear.”
Choose love over hatred. Love has an empowering effect. Hatred is the poison that kills slowly.
Love not only helps individuals to grow strong, it helps nations to develop into great powers to reckon with. Some people have tapped into the awesome power of love to transform their life and that of their beloved nations. Mahatma Gandhi used the power of love to liberate his country India from the shackles of colonialism. He taught the people of India that the guns and violent tactics of imperial Britain could not defeat the awesome power of love.
Mahatma Gandhi showed that nonviolent methods can help achieve the right results as opposed to the use of violence: “He developed a nonviolent love-centred movement that captured the minds and souls of millions and inspired them to go against the odds and accomplish that which others said was impossible. He led a group of unarmed people to win a war of independence against the armed and stronger British, and he did it with love.” In 1947 the Indian people gained their independence from British colonial rule.
Martin Luther King, Jr. used Gandhi’s philosophy with remarkable success in the United States. No guns can defeat a people empowered by the awesome power of love.
It is important for you to develop the habit of loving yourself. Success-oriented people and achievers do not allow anyone or anything to make them feel bad about themselves. They learn to appreciate and love themselves because they know that their accomplishments are directly affected by their self-esteem and self-respect.
How can you love yourself? Recognize the fact that love is a motivational tool. It is a driver of success. It releases the creative powers within us. Great achievers have tapped into this soul force and made inventions that have transformed our world. Think about the cell phone, computers, aircraft, TV- which have all made life more interesting and exciting. The force of love is behind all great inventions whether it is in business, arts or the sciences. If you do not love yourself, it will be difficult for you to love others. Love conquers all. Love never fails. Try love!
Love is the greatest gift God has bestowed on his children. People have used this soul force to achieve phenomenal results in their life. Embrace the awesome power of love and use it to radically change your life and the lives of those around you. Your greatness depends on how you manifest the power of love. Of all the virtues, love is the greatest. It heals and builds bridges of torn down walls. Fill your heart with love and live the amazing life. Cheers!
Yours in inspiration,
