Young Professionals and Youth Coalition (YPYC) as part of celebrating its 10th Anniversary has opened NOMINATION for the 10th Edition of YPRMA. The nomination is opened from September 9th to 21st, 2019.

The Young Professionals Role Model is an annual Leadership Excellence award to recognize individuals, groups and organizations who demonstrate superior transformational leadership in their field of operation. The purpose is to appreciate such Role Models to inspire, motivate and encourage them.
There are 3 Categories i.e. Male, Female and Organization. At the end of the nomination the 3 eligible nominees from each category is shortlisted and voted for to select the overall winner in each category by simple majority.
VOTING FOR SHORTLISTED NOMINEES START FROM SEPTEMBER 23-30 2019 ON YPYC WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES.
Nominees should meet the following criteria:
1. The individual, group or organization is an emerging leader who demonstrates excellence, creativity, innovation and initiative in his or her business, entrepreneurship or profession.
2. The individual, group or organization provides valuable service to improve the quality of life for others especially the youth in a community, village, city, town, church, mosque and in the country etc.
3. Professional Leadership: the emerging leader demonstrates leadership in his or her business, entrepreneurship or profession which inspires creativity and drive value for the humanity.
4. Personal Leadership: the individual, group or organization serves as a Role Model for young people
5. Service to Community: undertakes charitable activities, and support youth related activities.
6. Achievement and recognition in his/her academics, profession, business, social, religious life
The Overall Young Professional Role Model and Honorary Awardees will be presented during the Grand National Convocation of the 10th Transform Summit at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) on SATURDAY October 05 2019 at 9:00am.
Honorary Award are given to deserving Statesmen and Women who YPYC adopt as Role Models for the youth based on your hard earned achievement.
10 Awards will be given out to commemorate the 10th Anniversary.
