National Security Boss Organises Free Mock Exam For 57 JHS In Abetifi

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Abetifi constituency, Hon. Bryan Acheampong on Monday, May 13, 2019, organised free mock examination for Junior High School students in his constituency.

This was to ensure the school children excel in the upcoming Basic Education, Certificate Examination (BECE).

The move by the MP with support from the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Kwahu East District, Hon. Isaac Agyapong, as well as the District Educational Directorate, is a strategy to help students excel to the next stage of the academic life.

In all, over 1,169 Junior High School Final Year Students from 47 public and 10 private schools in the constituency are benefiting from Free Mock Examination.

Bryan Acheampong who is also the Minister of State in charge of National Security indicated that the dream of every MP is to hear his or her constituency’s name mentioned among the best in terms of Education especially in a national examination like this.

“In order to make this dream a reality, there is the need to support these children by making them learn harder to achieve their goals and attain greater heights”, he said.

This year’s BECE will commence on June 10, and end on June 14, 2019.
