My Tears

By Nathan Egyin Hagan
My Tears

How I wish I can laugh aloud all the days of my life, yet it is not so with nature.

There is time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven. A time to be in tears and a time to laugh.

I love dancing and I wish I can gladly do that all along, yet there is time to mourn and a time to dance.

My tears! My tears!! My tears!!!

The tears I shed when I fall into sin. The wages of sin is death. It is better to fear sin than to fear the devil.

The tears I shed when a man complains of having no time to read the Bible but has time to gossip about others. Lack of knowledge the people perish.

The tears I shed when love ones die. Agnes Hagan and Bernice Kyeremeh, the tears you have filled my eyes with since your departure from this earth.

The tears I shed when a friend gossips about another with me. I know I will be the topic for gossip by the same person, he delights in gossip.

The tears I shed when a friend plans evil with me against another. I know I will be the next victim of his evil plans. The evil that man do lives after them.

The tears I shed when a woman is beaten and stripped naked openly. Women are precious gift from God.

The tears I shed when a man loves to sleep more than to stay awake and work. His achievement is only in his dreams.

The tears I shed when a mother dies and leaves her children behind. No other mom like my mom. A mom is always there for her children, even when they are grown.

The tears I shed when a man loves to drink alcohol than to drink water. Alcohol waste life, water gives life.

The tears I shed when an unmarried woman has no problem to go naked before a man and be touched all over but has problem if you touch her phone. She has lost her pride and protection of her body.

The tears I shed when politicians promise to make life better for us when they cannot assure themselves life tomorrow.

The tears I shed when I see a man who keeps his hopes in another man. He has no future.

The tears I shed when I see a man who is always sad. Sadness and happiness have no boundary, make your choice.
