Briefing the field staff and District Information Officers at Koforidua on Thursday, the Regional Information Officer, Mr E.H. Mr Appeaning asked the teams to endeavour to explain the technical terms to the level of understanding of the people in the local languages.

He reminded them that the people need to know the important contents of the budget statement to appreciate the government's efforts to improve their living standards for them to supplement with their contribution for successful implementation.

The Regional Information Officer also asked the officers to take note of the people's views, suggestions and questions for the attention of the authorities.
