Tarsco Girl Suspects To Have Been Kidnapped In Bogoso - Headmistress

Authorities of Tarkwa Senior High School has confirmed the missing of a 21 year old first year student Augustina Ndaago.

Speaking to modernghana.com the headmistress of the school Madam Paulina Manu said, she got to know of the incident when the mother of the home economics student placed a call from Prestea where she resides to the assistant senior house mistress on Wednesday, 23rd January, 2019 that, she has received a call from some people claiming to have kidnapped her daughter and are demanding a ransom of ₵1,500.

Madam Paulina Manu said, the school issued an exeat to Augustina Ndaago on Wednesday, 23rd January, 2019. "She went for an exeat from the assistant senior house mistress on Wednesday to enable her visit the mother at Prestea, she is yet to report back to school." She added.

The headmistress said she strongly suspects that, Augustina Ndaago could have been kidnapped inbetween Bogoso and Prestea.

She stated also that, several calls made to her phone hoping to reach her has all proven futile.

Madam Manu said an official report has been lodged at the Tarkwa police station and they trust the police will treat it as a matter of urgency " we have reported the case to the police and they made us wrote our statement so we are hopeful of Augustina's return." She reckoned .
