Rip Ahmed Hussein-Suale. Who sacrificed himself for Ghana.

I'm disgusted, I am incensed and I cannot believe that just because someone stood for truth. They are now soulless and gone from this world. I'm not blaming Kennedy Agyapong, neither will I shoot out accusations because I am not a lawyer. Neither am I a detective, nor do I know who committed and was part of the planning team for this heinous act. However, Kennedy Agyapong showing Ahmed's picture publicly and using words that Ahmed should be beaten by whoever sees him and he will pay them.

Regardless of wether he said these things in anger sends a clear message. From a politician that those who tell the truth and uncover corruption, should be hurt. Therefore I am not surprised that whoever it was decided he should finish Ahmed. Maybe for revenge or maybe their scared he will uncover another corrupt act; that will make a thief loose funds.

Many of our people of high profile in Ghana, as I've mentioned in previous articles are thieves( gangsters) . Top armed robbers, some use weapons, money, contract killings and beatings, juju, false rhetoric, others lack of education and money to do their evil deeds. All these things are weapons. The only one who beats them to number one in Ghana gangster rankings is Nana Appiah Mensah ( Nam 1).

In the criminal world snitches get stitches. As a great undercover journalist working for Tiger eye PI and for Anas, who gets worldwide recognition. As well as exposes the corrupt deeds in Ghana, many keep secret because of the money they get to be silent. Ahmed was definitely a target of Ghana's criminal upper and underworld.

I hope Anas does not trust Ghana police and involves himself and his international supporters in this investigation. We know Ghana police will not do anything useful in this case, and small money will render them useless. After all look at what happened with Nam 1, is like we can't see the difference between Ghana and Dubai police. What the Dubai police did is what we call policing. If Ghana police actually bothered to work, maybe Anas and his team wouldn't be putting themselves in danger all the time. To uncover what the police should be.

I really hope Anas does this so that we can get to the bottom of this case and arrest the culprits. I'm glad Anas said he will not be silent. We need him and the good people doing his work. We should not give thieves, armed robbers, loose talkers and champions of violence more leverage to do their work. For those who wonder why Anas wears a mask and some journalist hide their identities, this is why. People want to kill you for stopping their unscrupulous business.

It's a sad time for journalism in Ghana, it's a painful time for journalists. This is a disgrace to freedom of speech and civil liberties. This is an insult to Kwame Nkrumah's dream of us cherishing fearless honesty and resisting oppressors rule. Yet this is eye opening for Ghanaians, to see our great democracy is being undermined. It's time others, not only Anas, spoke out.

Rest in peace Ahmed. Thank you for sacrificing yourself for the betterment of your country.

Ghanaian journalists will refuse to be silent in your honour.
