Assemblies Of God Has Lost A Gem In Rev. Nabegmado – Rev. Akumbe Cries

The Greater Accra Regional Secretary of the Assemblies of God church, Rev. Alfred Akumbe has emphasized that the church has lost a gem with the demise of Rev. David Nabegmado. According to him the death of the Reverend is disturbing and a huge loss to the whole assemblies of God family.

The deceased Rev. David Nabegmado was murdered in cold blood at his office yesterday whiles preparing to deliver his Sunday sermon.

Speaking in an interview with Class FM today. Rev. Akumbe indicated that the church still cannot understand what happened for the colleague Reverend to be murdered. He affirms that the late man of God was a very loving and caring pastor. Therefore it is shocking someone will want to take his life.

“One cannot tell what happened between the one who came to kill him. It’s difficult to really tell. I want to say that Rev. David Nabegmado is a loving pastor. A caring pastor. In fact he has impacted a lot of lives in our society and even in this particular church. And so for someone to come and take his life then that is a serious thing”, Rev. Akumbe said

He further shared “We are not taking it easy. This man of God is a God fearing man. If you had come into contact with this person you will really love him. He is very open, very free, I mean if you meet him for the very first time you will love him. And so we have lost a gem. A committed friend, a dedicated man of God and this thing shouldn’t have happened at such a time like this.

Meanwhile arrested suspected killer of the clergy has alleged that the late pastor, Rev. Dr. David Nabegmado was a false preacher who engaged in idol worship and human sacrifices.
