Sekondi Eleven Wise now known as Wise-Fighters has been in the national division 1 league for so long and ability to break the jinx is the lunching of "operation all hands on deck" for possible qualification to 2006 premiership.
The club's participation in the this year's national sub-middle along side All Blacks, Kessben fc and Gold Stars zone B for 4 consecutive time is no more achievement but to be amongst the elites such as Asnte Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, Hasaacas, AshantiGold, Real Tamale United and the rest in the PREMIERSHIP.
Upon this background that the management of club held a press briefing at the Youth Centre, Sekondi.
Briefing the press, the chairman of Wise-fighters, Mr. Samuel Ackah, who is also the sole financier of the club proposed an appeal package of 300 million cedis for the club's particip! ation in the 2 national middle leagues and premiership which could be used in following areas
1). Accommodation ( camping )
3). Recruiting of new players
4). Kits ( jerseys and boots)
6). Allowances ( salaries) of players and technical team, etc.
He again entreated all and sundries to put differences aside and suport the call for possible achievement.
