The problem that involves society and the economy.
)High expectations from the society: in this case the society turns to have higher hopes on educated few in our local communities which the government claims they can do by their political lias and promises with regards to their political statement, social status and economy (income)

)Education has lessons the individual appreciation of local traditions values, in educating the individual they exposed to several schools of thought with regard to culture, hence they turned to have a different view to the local Ghanaian culture which affects their appreciation and their regards for it,

)High level of unemployment, individuals are enrolled into educational institutions with the hope of getting better job opportunities after their education, this hope for better does not turn to reality because the job opportunities are less than the demands for them, hence making the educated individuals unemployed year after year.

)corruptions is in galved with top government officials in the system, thus education which is meant to empower individuals in the society has rather make them in responsible citizens, thus individuals turn to manipulate issues to get their way out which makes them more corrupt.

)Poverty has also bombarded with families and friends which lead them to invest their time and money to get education hoping to make it in the future but due to unemployment individuals complete their education with no work to do, to earns meat to support themselves and families as a result it make them poorer at the end of their educational career.
