Mr Mba noted that, it would be an honour to the memory of Justice Vincent Cyril Richard Arthur Charles Crabbe for Ghana to set up the Senior Advocates, which should also acknowledge eminent past and present legal practitioners.

He noted that, the Ghanaian legal landscape is dotted with accomplished legal experts, therefore the setting up of the Senior Advocates of Ghana would provide legal a platform for practitioners and others, who needs counsel to consult.

The Senior Advocates of Ghana should be the equivalent of the rank of Queen's Counsel in the United Kingdom.

Several countries use similar designations such as Senior Counsel, State Counsel, Senior Advocate, and President's Advocate.
