NDC's Fight Back For Power: Former MP Calls For All Hands-On-Deck Approach
Mr Theophilus Tetteh Chaie, the newly elected Greater Accra Regional Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has called for an active involvement of all faithfuls of the party to ensure victory in the 2020 Election.
He also asked the entire supporters in the region to give their total support to the newly elected executives while assuring them of hard work towards the election.
Mr Chaie, a former Member of Parliament for Ablekuma Central Constituency, who made the call in an interview with the Ghana News Agency, said 'the NDC successful regional elections has sent a clear message to the people that the party is forging ahead to win the 2020 general elections.'
He reminded the supporters that strengthening of the organisational capabilities of the party was critical to winning elections and urged a total support for the elected officers to enable them to work towards the success of the NDC.
'I am confident that after these regional elections both winners and losers will join hands in unity to advance the principles and ideals of our party,' he said.
Mr Chaie commended the delegates for their sense of maturity, especially the Regional Election Committee led by Nii Okaija Adamafio, Members of Parliament, the media and the security agencies for the roles they played.
