Social Media Week To Award Bloggers & Social Media Gems

The 2018 edition of Social Media Week Accra will feature Blogging Ghana's Blogging & Social Media Awards.

Nominations have opened for the awards event which will be held on 12^th September 2018 at the Accra Mall.

Deadline for nominations is Tuesday, September 4, 2018.

Among other attractions at this year's Social Media Week Accra will be the Ghana Climate & Innovations centre's (GCIC) – $10,000 prize climate innovation competition.

Harmattan Rain will also hold a music session featuring some of the best artistes in the city,

A cocktail and painting event hosted by Paint Boire Ghana and an art exhibition by Defia Arts will also take place at the event.

Social Media Week Accra 2018, the second edition since its inception last year brings together stakeholders and players in the digital media space to brainstorm and share ideas on how to use effectively social media as a tool to promote and develop businesses and the nation as a whole.

The 5-day event will start on September 10, 2018, to September 14, 2018.

The event is organized by Echo House Ghana, a youth marketing agency in partnership with Pulse Creatives.
