Why don't African nations ever learn from their mistakes? Why are Africans so weak in terms of the military, innovation? How stupidity keeps Africans poor? Why are black African people so dumb? Unbelievable, are African leaders so naive and stupid?

These are some of the embarrassing questions one often reads on the internet about Africans and the leaders.

The questioning of the intelligence of African leaders goes on and on without a limit. As a matter of fact, these questions wouldn't have been necessary if Africa hasn't any natural resources. The continent of Africa has petroleum, Natural Gas, Diamonds, Manganese, Iron Ore, Cobalt, Bauxite, Copper, Gold, Nickel, Tantalum, Silica Sand, and Clay.

Cocoa, Beans, Coffee, Palm Oil, Hydropower, Uranium, Natron, Kaolin, Fish (Lake Chad), Gold, Limestone, Sand and Gravel, Timber, Potash, Lead, Zinc, phosphates, Gold, Magnesium, Hydropower etc, yet the leaders seem inept to utilize those resources but good in ‘utilizing’ corruption and drive the most luxurious cars.

It's great for a country to have a leader that's the reason Africa has leaders but they lack the knowledge to rule, to create employment, feed, and provide housing for the ordinary people. African leaders only care about their family and hardly think of the poor majority.

There is no country in Africa that citizens are enjoying a life of comfort unless you are a rich man and what makes the situation worse is due to the poor taxation system, the rich easily evade tax and the poor suffer to pay tax. The poor live with hopes and dreams.

That was the similar situation in South Africa under the former South African leader, Jacob Zuma.

How corrupt and poor Jacob Zuma was as a leader?

• Zuma couldn’t handle the high crime rate in South Africa which remains a threat to the poor South Africans.

• Unemployment in South Africa was higher than it was at the end of apartheid.

• Zuma couldn’t demand justice or apology for South Africans after the deliberate HIV/Aids infection by the Dutch, Britain, and American governments.

• South Africa has the biggest and most high profile HIV epidemic in the world, with an estimated 7 million people living with HIV in 2015. In the same year, there were 380,000 new infections while 180,000 South Africans died from AIDS-related illnesses without any solution, yet Zuma was involved in heavy corruption using $20 million of public money to upgrade his private residence.

• Zuma's administration is inefficient and corrupt to the extent that within a very short period, he sacked his finance minister, Nhlanhla Nene, appointed another, David van Rooyen.

• South Africa, even though is a member of the G20 countries, its administration is in complete ruins.

• Zuma's administration has been described as a regime of looting and institutionalized corruption.

• Jacob Zuma is a polygamist who has twenty-two children therefore, he has deep family issues to solve than handling the state affairs and the welfare of South Africans.

• Zuma has filled certain positions in the country with unqualified people, thus; the country has suffered severe setbacks since the fall of Apartheid.

• A man who has twenty-two children has a lot of mouths to feed. The children need clothing, accommodation, and education. Even if some of his children are independent, how much does Zuma earns to cater for the welfare of about ten of his children without stretching his hands into state coffers? Frankly speaking, Zuma killed South Africa protesters pulled him down. A complete failure.

A notice to African leaders
African leaders depend on votes during elections to rule. That means without the people's votes, they can't be leaders, unless by the power of the gun. Therefore, Africans or citizens have the right to protest, and demand leaders to step down if they are not doing well or the people are hungry.
