The ICC Should Call For The Arrest Of Bush And Blair To The Hague

George Bush and Tony Blair deserve to appear before the International Criminal Court for committing grave crime against humanity in Iraq

The ICC should first arrest Bush and Blair to the criminal court in The Hague before Omar al-Bashir

When we talk about the abuse of power, crime against humanity, both physically and medically and the violation of human rights, I simply can't understand the reason the Organization of African Unity didn't form African Unity Criminal Court to bring European and American leaders that commit grave crimes against Africa to face the full rigour of the law in Africa.

Because among the seven continents, assuming Africa isn't tough enough, America and Europe would have wiped out that continent completely from the map. Africa has suffered slavery, colonial aggression, and brutality, Apartheid, and medical crimes but no European or American leader has been jailed for all those crimes against the continent.

Apart from Aids, Ebola, Burkitt's lymphoma, Lassa fever, and other man-made diseases inflicted on Africans, the continent has been a dumping ground for all unwanted waste materials and the used of its citizens as Guinea pigs for testing drugs manufactured in Europe and America. Surprisingly, all those responsible are enjoying impunity today.

Yet, according to the International Criminal Court, it investigates and, where warranted, tries individuals charged with the gravest crimes of concern to the international community: genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The interesting part is ICC claims the Court participates in a global fight to end impunity, and through international criminal justice, the Court aims to hold those responsible accountable for their crimes and to help prevent these crimes from happening again.

It is always easier said than done ICC. Frankly speaking, it seems the International Criminal Court has completely deviated or off the track of their mission because, the noble theory behind the formation in 2002, is not what they practiced. What everyone is witnessing since its formation is race-targeting incarceration of leaders from Third World Countries.

To cover up their hypocrisy and convince the world that they are doing a good job, the International Criminal Court appointed an African, Fatou Bensouda, as the chief prosecutor but like a puppet on a string, she is being controlled and told what to do.

If chief prosecutor Bensouda is sincere and honest enough she should have requested her gang to arrest George Bush and Tony Blair, enjoying impunity today, after committing a serious crime against humanity in Iraq, whilst Charles Taylor of Liberia and Hissene Habré of Chad are behind bars for committing a similar crime. Hypocrites!

We shouldn't also forget about what happened in Libya. Libya has never been the same after the killing of Qaddafi by the West and America. Before the invasion, Libya appears to be one of the richest countries in the world, with good economy and employment for the Libyans.

No matter how bad Saddam Hussein and Qaddafi were, they weren't like American and European leaders who conspired to inflict man-made diseases on Africa. Iraq and Libya are oil rich countries, after the invasion of the two countries by Europe and America, both countries today are in ruins.

The reason the former UN Secretary-General, Kofi Annan is strongly defending the International Criminal Court is simple and logical. The United Nations played a significant role by committing medical crimes in many African countries, including, Congo, Uganda and Tanzania, and also Haiti, yet the ICC didn't call any of the UN officials to The Hague to face the law.

Thus, there is the need for Kofi Annan to defend ICC since the criminal court overlooked the crimes UN committed against humanity around the globe in Latin-America, Africa, and Asia. Under the Umbrella of the United Nations, the World Health Organization gave thousands of contaminated vaccines to African children leading to many diseases, including Aids and Ebola.

Every scientist knows that Aids and Ebola were biological weapons engineered by America for military defending purposes and tried on Africans. Since they were medical crimes covered up for ages those responsible are enjoying impunity, yet the ICC is telling the world that "they participate in a global fight to end impunity." ICC, you are rather encouraging impunity the reason African leaders are mad over your biased judgments.

It's a shame that every part of the world is corrupt to the extent that it has affected the judiciary system. The ICC knew very well that Belgium was responsible for the Rwanda genocide but they remain silent when the two scapegoat Rwandan nuns were jailed by Belgium.

You can't get justice if you are poor or when you come from a Third World Country, that's what ICC means. If the judges want to be respected, trusted and convince the world that there is no partiality in the court, they should bring Tony Blair of Britain and George Bush of America to the court in The Hague because the two have committed serious crimes against humanity before ever making any attempt to arrest Omar al-Bashir of Sudan.
