The Reverend Emmanuel Barrigah, the General Secretary of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council, has charged Pastors to follow Christ's examples by being 'servants instead of masters'.

He said: 'God's work is an enterprise in which accounts will be demanded from the stewards'.

Rev Barrigah said this at the eighth graduation ceremony of the GlobeServe Theological Seminary in Accra.

Delivering the sermon on the theme, 'the need for theological education in building God's kingdom', Rev Barrigah reminded the graduates to eschew all forms of attitudes that bring the body of Christ into disrepute.

The Reverend Samuel Dunya, the President of the Seminary, acknowledged the challenges in ministry and encouraged the graduates to seek the face of the Lord in all their endeavours.

He expressed his disappointment about the numerous societal issues currently happening in the country and charged persons in places of authority to give God his rightful place in the affairs of the nation.

The Rev Gideon Dorworna, the Principal of the College, said apart from the theory aspect of the two-year course, the graduates were also taken through vigorous training in self- awareness, discipline and leadership.

The 53 graduates were awarded Apprenticeship, Diploma and School of Ministry Certificates. Those who distinguished themselves were honoured.
