Many Africans are often involved in crimes in Europe but in the year 2015, Africans and Belgians weren't expecting to read such a horrible news in the newspapers.

An African woman from Senegal called her husband on the phone and told him to listen to the screams of the children. "I am burning the three children alive," she said. The girls’ father quickly took his car, speeding back to his home in Lennik, a small town close to Brussels, Belgium, while phoning his sister who lives nearby to hurry home and save the children.

But on arrival, it was too late to save his daughters Omy, two, Abbygail, four, and Madyson, six. All he found were their charred and lifeless bodies with their mother standing near the still smoking garden shed. According to Mr. Ulin, his 35-year-old wife had earlier received a legal letter from her husband’s lawyer demanding custody of the children.

Thioro Mbow, allegedly burnt her three daughters alive.

“I had the letter sent by a court bailiff. I wanted to give her a fright. I didn’t want her to go. I just wanted her to stop drinking and taking pills,” said Mr. Ulin. "The family's daughter has played a role in this tragedy. We all have failed. My wife, I, and all the authorities that are with our family," says Mr. Hellmut Ulin, father of the three children who were murdered by the mother.

Mr. Ulin accused the family's doctor of keeping his wife, Thioro Mbow, the Senegalese, addicted to prescription pills. "The doctor had an eye on my wife. He sent her racy text messages and when I go to work, he came along almost daily.

Despite the hate his wife has towards him, which she expressed through her comments on her Facebook page, her husband admits it's primarily his fault and that of his wife. "But I will not let her fall. I will visit her in prison to give her support, but also to find an answer to the one question that grinds through my mind: why? In God's name: why? " Said, Mr. Ulin.
