Stay Away From Akua Blakofe For Resigning Amidst Massive Corruption Under NPP—Student Warns Gabby
26.05.2018 LISTEN

A student from the University of Education Winneba-Mampong ,Oscar Komla Bedzra has sent a strong warning to the former executive director and founder of Danquah Institute Gabby Asare-Otchere-Darko , over his attempts purported to staining the reputation of the the recently resigned CEO of the Ghana Tourism Development Company(GTDC) , Akua Blakofe .

Akua Blakofe who recently resigned as a CEO of the nation's tourism company, GTDC on grounds that she cannot bare , condone and connive with the massive corruption ongoing at the company said on her Facebook wall "We woke up one morning to news that Fennec had been murdered . We woke up to news JB Danquah had been murdered. We woke up to news about the young bank worker who was murdered . These are just 3 examples. Till date , no real concrete suspects have been dealt with. We don't know what issues they had. I'm putting all my issues out on social media so if you wake up to the news that I've been murdered or dead all of a sudden , you have a clue where to begin investigations. I really don't see why we should get to this level. It means I'm speaking the truth and they need to get rid of me . I weep for Ghana. Truly it's an asylum" .

"A response I read from Gabby Asare-Otchere-Darko in reply to the incorruptible and exemplary Akua Blakofe indicates from all angles that , the recently resigned CEO is not safe and I that , I stand to convey a warning to him(Gabby Asare-Otchere-Darko) to distance himself from the respected lady who does not condone and connive with corruption as deeply rooted under the governing NPP" , the student activist said .

"I also want to advice the former executive director and founder of the Danquah Institute , Gabby Asare-Otchere-Darko to respect and conduct himself as a Ghanaian of this 21st century , since Ghana at this time requires serious and incorruptible persons to realise the visions of previous leaders of beloved mother Ghana but it is just unfortunate that , this government is deeply rooted with corruption" . Oscar Komla Bedzra added .

He then called on all Ghanaians to place eyes on this very development aimed at ensuring justice for Akua Blakofe.
