Bernard Mornah Heads To Mali For 2nd Conference Of The Pan African Federalist Movement

The National Chairman of the People’s National Congress (PNC), Bernard Mornah has left Ghana for Mali to participate in the Second Meeting of the Pan African Federalist Movement (PAFM)-West Africa to be held at Bamako on Friday, May 25, 2017.

Mr. Mornah who doubles as the West African Coordinator of the movement left Accra this morning and is expected to touch down in Mali by Thursday.

Whiles in Mali, the Cairman is scheduled to deliver the key note address at the Movement meeting to be hosted at the Modibo Keita Memorium. He is also expected to meet with officers of the movement from Cape Verde, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, the Gambia, Côte d' voire, Burkina Faso, Senegal and Mali as well as coordinate all relevant activities in the interest of the movement’s development.

This second edition of the PAFM West Africa conference is supported by the Government of Mali.

The Chairman will be back latest Monday to continue his operations .

Brief Background of PAFM
The Pan Africanist Federalist Movement is a pro African group existing to champion the formation of a United Africa State (UAS) within a generation. The movement has its roots connected within Africa and among Africans in the diaspora. Although the movement has been in existence for over 12 years, it’s West African Wing was brought into fruition two years ago. It’s maiden conference was held in Accra last year. This year’s conference coincides with the African Liberation Day celebrations to symbolise the need for Africa’s togetherness.
