Awutu-Beraku(C/R), Aug. 30, GNA - The well to do have been urged to assist their less fortunate brothers and sisters financially pay their Health Insurance premium.
Besides helping the vulnerable citizens to enjoy the scheme when it become operational, such support would attract immeasurable blessings for the donors, Mr Solomon Kwashie Abbam-Quaye, District Chief Executive for Awutu-Effutu-Senya, has said.
Speaking at the annual Awuabia festival of the Chiefs and people of the Awutu Traditional Area at Awutu-Beraku, he said there were a lot of poor people in the society who wanted to register with the Health Insurance Scheme but could not do so.
"It is for this reason that I am launching this appeal on behalf of people facing serious financial problems in the society," Mr Abbam-Quaye further stated.
