Churches Being Converted To Drinking Bars While They Complain About Too Much Mosques In Europe

An English church converted to drinking pub, whilst the British government spends millions of pounds fighting against teenage pregnancy and alcoholism

The whole world is complaining and protesting against the building of mosques in Europe and America because they think it’s one of the measures to prevent Muslims from dominating the world.

However, if we live in a world of a few Christians and millions of atheists, putting down a church or converting a church into a drinking pub, is a grave mistake.

Islam is a religion that reveres Allah, thus; there is no Islamic country that would convert a mosque into a drinking pub. This is what everyone should know.

The church is the temple of God, where devoted Christians and those who believe in God often worship, besides the church, serves many purposes by playing an important role in the society.

Even though not everyone believes in the existence of God, the church has transformed and changed millions of lives in our society today.

I quite understand when Jesus couldn’t control his anger when he entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there.

He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves because his father’s house of worship has become a den of thieves and gamblers. Matthew 21:12.

Jesus did that because the temple must be kept holy and not a place for undesired purposes. In such a crucial period whereby the youths want to experience the freedom the world offers, which has led to the increase of crime, immorality, drinking, drug abuse, teenage pregnancy, and suicide, conversion of churches to drinking pubs, should have been discouraged by any serious and intelligent leader who appreciates and cares about human life.

How can leaders and heads of churches continue to disrespect God, by converting churches to drinking pubs, when they are desperately fighting to save teenagers from alcoholism, drug abuse, and suicides?

Looking for a church to worship God in any European country I visited, was one of my priorities because it is not only the body that needs food but the spirit as well. This is the secret to the peaceful and happy life in Africa, in the midst of poverty and diseases.

The Buddhist, Monks and those following Yoga activities, will explain the reason one needs spiritual food, sometimes leading to the search for spiritual food, instead of material things.

Churches in Europe have the best architectural designs and interior decoration, but many times they are completely empty. One only sees people in the church when there is marriage or the coffin of the dead to receive his or her last prayers.

Despite the countless roles of the church in the community, including the support of families, providing a moral foundation and community awareness necessary for the success of the community, leaders continue to mess the society with vain selfish political ideas. I don’t blame Muslims requesting to build mosques, because they have seen the weakness and the stupidity of such leaders, by continuing defiling God, inviting teenagers to succumb to drugs and immorality.

In Hungary sold consecrated church now serves as a night and stripping club, while others are been demolished. Apart from the conversion of churches to drinking pubs in Britain, certain churches have been turned into mosques, while in Cyprus the former St Nicholas Cathedral is now the Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque.

In the Netherlands, award-winning architects recently turned a former Dominican church in Maastricht into a bookshop, with a reading area and Café in the apse.

We shouldn’t expect the world to be a better place in this condition and we shouldn’t expect our children to abstain from morally and destructive activities because that’s what politicians, some parents and some head of churches gone astray have planted.
