Gize-Hala: Kufuor Is Not Disturbed

Mr. Kwabena Agyepong, presidential spokesperson, and the press secretary to the President, has observed that President John Agyekum Kufuor is not detracted and perturbed at all about the machinations of people who are poised to prepare the grounds for a foreign national, Gisselle Yajzi to foment troubles in the country, and run down the government. According to him, the president is firmly focused on discharging his duties, visiting towns and villages to study their problems, at first hand, and see how best to address them as a Head of State, and would not allow anything to detract his attention. Speaking via Hello FM, a sister station of PeaceFM based in Kumasi yesterday, to react to the intended visit by the Syrian woman at the centre of the hotel Kufuor controversy to the country today, August 18, Kwabena Agyapong pledged the President's cooperation with anyone with vital information about the issue to come down to appear before the appropriate investigative agencies to unearth the truth, or otherwise of the case.
