WordDigest: Not For A Second Time

"What do you conspire against the Lord? He will make an utter end of it. Affliction will not rise up a second time.[Nahum 1:9] NKJV

The whole chapter is talking about God's wrath against His enemies.

But who is an enemy?
An enemy can be something that harm others.
It could be anything serving as a barrier against one's success or progress.

It could also be anything that has taken control over your life and making it difficult to do the acceptable things of God.

Afflictions may come from all corners of the earth.

These challenges either test our faith in the Lord or break us if we don't exercise faith in the Lord.

Some of these afflictions have become strongholds and till date such situation persist.

Today, if you could exercise your faith in God through Christ Jesus, your challenges wouldn't happen for the second time.

Until you pray, anything that has taken a stronghold or making it difficult to excel in every department of your will continue to exist.

From today be positive that your predicament won't happen for the second time in Jesus' name, Amen.
