Hearts hosts Benin national team on Thursday


Accra, Aug 8, GNA - Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club would engage the Benin national team in a special friendly match at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium in Accra on Thursday.

The Phobian's who are currently second on the Premier League table, aim at using the duel as a dress rehearsal ahead of their critical league game slated for Berekum against Arsenals on Sunday.

Mr. Ashford Tetteh-Oku, Administrative Manager of the defending league champions told the GNA Sports that Hearts would parade all their available materials to provide the visitors a good run for their money. He expressed the conviction that teeming supporters of the Club and lovers of good football alike would patronise the game.

The rates for the match are 20,000 and 10,000 cedis respectively.
