People from all walks of life rushed to the Mankranso Government Hospital in the Ashanti Region on Friday morning to catch a glimpse of the body of the dancehall artiste, Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng, known by her stage name as Ebony Reigns.

Reports indicate that the hospital's staff, especially, the mortuary attendants, prevented many from entering the mortuary since it's unethical.

Gory Accident
“I saw two headlights which turned out to be that of a long truck but when we got closer, we saw another vehicle trying to overtake the truck,” an eyewitness on board the VIP bus said.

“Ebony's driver, after seeing a heap of sand which had blocked his lane, suddenly veered into the opposite lane from Kumasi, where the VIP bus was coming from.

“The VIP driver managed to move aside to create space for Ebony's car to pass, but the Jeep hit the VIP bus slightly on the side. From there, Ebony's vehicle hit a gaping pothole in the road, which forced the driver to lose control and so the Jeep crashed into the pillars on the roadside.

The driver in charge of Ebony's Jeep was quickly rushed to the Bechem Government Hospital for treatment.

He is currently responding positively to treatment.

Mad Rush
“We don't believe reports of the demise of Ebony, who is blessed with exceptional music talent, so we want to see her lifeless body,” they told DAILY GUIDE.

Some people still managed to enter the morgue to take pictures and also record the lifeless bodies of Ebony and the two other deceased persons, which have gone viral.
