The Chairman and members of the organizing committee of the Africa Youth and Talent Summit are pleased to officially announce that Jess Wanjohi is the official youth ambassador for 2018.
Jess is an emerging leader in youth and workforce development, and a director at The Bridge Africa Group Ltd. She has a bachelor’s degree in Arts (Economics) from Kenyatta University and currently pursuing a marketing charter from the Chartered Institute of Marketing Kenya.
Jess’s vision is to develop East African graduates and help in their transition from school to workplace. She uses her skill and network to assist and structure a workforce preparation model that creates a multi-stakeholder commitment to getting youths ready for the 21st-century workplace through an e-learning platform UReady (www.ureadyafrica.com)
Green Platinum and InkMedia will assist Jess to pilot the post-summit activities as well as other youth development initiative in Nairobi. She will also lead a team to the 2019 edition.
