Open Letter to Vincent Mwangi-Ngigi of USA Regarding His Beliefs on Homosexuality

Dear Vincent Mwangi-Ngigi, thank you for your comments and questions you posted for me in the Comments section after you read my article titled Homosexuality: A Product of Marriage to a Non-Virgin Spouse??

Dear Vincent, I shall soon in this my open letter to you come to the substance of your comments which I must admit looked and sounded very civil to me, but yet made me very sad because you seemed to openly portray yourself as a practicing homosexual!!

If I am wrong in inferring or offend you in addressing you thus, when perchance you are not, do please pardon my ignorance and any offence caused you since I understood your comments to mean you are proud and happy being a homosexual!

Today, an entire secular world believes it is living in a New Year that is given to it by the Creator; and this secular world reckons this New Year to be the year 2018! It is further believed by this same secular world that the first day of this New Year, which is believed to have come to it from the Creator, commenced or started, just as all others in the past are thought to have also started, as time-clocks the world over hit 12:00 midnight (0:00 GMT) on December 31, 2017 according to the calendar of the secular world!

Sad to say that, by this reckoning of time and dates, the whole secular world has come to believe in and lives by falsehood! And in and by this reckoning of time and dates too, I must say the secular world lives in an obvious delusion, in so far as the intents and ways of the Creator are concerned!!

I suppose you, my dear Vincent, were one of the many people who witnessed the ubiquitous and joyous celebrations of events that were supposed to have been welcoming activities to mark the coming into being of 2018 as New Year by an entire secular world as were relayed via television broadcasts, worldwide!

Well, this has been the belief system of the secular world from millennia past, which the world now seems to be living comfortably with and without ever desiring to question—whether indeed a new day of a new year always ensues at midnight of every December 31 of every year!

And so, without asking any questions, all inhabitants of Earth must live by and or comply with this belief system in their lives forever; for it seems to be the only one true and normal thing for anybody to do as it HURTS nobody, even if this annoys the Creator!!

You see, this belief system of the secular world is problematic and even antagonistic to the belief system of some of us people on Earth who, though are in a very small and almost insignificant minority, choose to be guided by the teachings of the Towrah (and even by the entire Tanakh) of the children of Yisroel, wherein is revealed that every single day made by Yahuwah Elohiym commences at sunset and then progresses through to sunrise for it to end at the next sunset; and not as the midnight to midnight period that is held by the secular world as constituting the span of every day!

So then, even though the secular world may seem to be at peace with itself, and all who live in it may not seem to be hurting anyone by the relationships and lifestyles they adopt and accept or agree to live by according to their reckoning of time, yet, it has in all of the many seemingly harmless actions annoyed the Creator!

I must say one of such relations or lifestyles, which I’d explain in a jiffy to be an annoyance to Yahuwah Elohiym, is homosexuality which you my dear Vincent and many, deem harmless among those who engage in it; and yet, it is proven to be abominable to the Creator who judges all homosexual lifestyles as sin!!

It must also be stated that by a twelve-month Ivri (Hebrew??) calendar which Yahuwah Elohiym developed and caused the children of Yisroel to depend on in their dealings with Him, principal among which dealings relate directly to the observance of His feasts by all children of Yisroel, there has evolved or come into being an obvious dichotomy or disagreement in the times set by Yahuwah Elohiym by His authority for and on behalf of His creation, as against those set by the secular world for mankind today!

Today, the calendar of Yahuwah Elohiym reckons that we are living in the year 5778 FC (From Creation) as against the secular world’s 2018 CE (Common Era)! Again, even though the first month of the Ivri calendar of Yahuwah Elohiym is Nisan (or also known as Abib/Aviv), it comes three clear months after the month of January (Tivet of Ivrit) which is deemed to be the month beginning every year of the secular world.

Furthermore, the Ivri calendar has an alternating 30 and 29 day monthly cycle, as against the rather weird 28, 29, 30, or 31 days in a month, of no particular order, that define the calendar of the secular world today!!

Dear Vincent, I hope you can see the obvious confusion that MUST result from such differences in the reckonings of time using the formula of the Creator, as against that of man, even though no man may seem to be HURT physically or visibly by this!

However, the question to ask is: Is the Creator too, not HURT in this?? Obviously, He is annoyed by man’s ignorance and or disobedience. The will of the Creator seems to me to be challenged and even fought against in and by all this seemingly harmless way time is reckoned in our secular world today!

A clear account from the scriptures shows that all the disparity in reckoning time by the Ivri and secular or Gregorian calendars was a plan that had been masterminded and eventually executed by HaSatan (Satan the devil and sworn-enemy of Elohiym and mankind) to antagonize the people of Yahuwah Elohiym against Him (Elohiym) and to confuse the actions of mankind against the set times of Yahuwah Elohiym—cf. Dani’El 7:25. By this, Satan is obeyed, as master to mankind, whilst Yahuwah Elohiym who made and should own mankind is disobeyed!!

And so then, what rules the world today is ignorance—ignorance about the will and ways of the Creator with regards to how man must live on Earth!! And whoever benefits from ignorance??

But then, this ignorance on man’s part about what the Creator expects of him (man) has led to all manners of behaviors of mankind that are in opposition to the will and commandments of the Creator even though such behaviors may hurt no people, since all men seem to be or are in agreement with and consent to whatever they do even if it is contrary to the will of Yahuwah Elohiym, the Creator of the universe!!

I want to suppose that as many as over 99% of the world’s population are either stark ignorant of or have been deceived concerning the laws of the Creator which He has commanded mankind to obey in order to perpetuate peace and order on Earth eternally!

If you wonder how my estimate of over 99% of people in the world being ignorant of the ways of Yahuwah Elohiym could be a genuine and true estimate, just consider for yourself the number of people around you who you know celebrated their so-called Crossover or Passover into the secular year of 2018 on the mid-night of December 31, 2017, and whose spiritual leaders claimed to have been directed by Yahuwah Elohiym in all the fanfare they organized and directed them to observe, in and by these Crossovers or Passovers by their reckoning of time!!

Surprisingly, however, all non-human beings of creation such as the beasts of the fields, who by their nature have ingrained in their very being the laws and commandments of the Creator at creation and a capacity to obey Him, manage to effortlessly live in ways and manners as they were ordained by the Creator to live by, ever since creation, without erring or annoying Him!

And so, why can’t humans also do same since they claim to have better thinking hats on their heads than do the beasts of the field: one may ask??

It seems to me that all non-human beings of creation are ahead of almost all humans in the area of living in compliance with the will of the Creator! These non-human beings succeed in living according to the lifestyles mandated or given to them by the Creator where humans fail in their ordained lifestyles by the Creator!! This is because no non-human beings break the laws of the Creator since they are not given any by the Creator which they possibly would want to or could even break!!

Human beings however have laws given to them by the Creator which many may want to infringe deliberately or could even be ignorant of and thereby break unwittingly and without much effort! Well, this is never so with any non-human living beings!!

And so, while a pride of lions may live at peace, in so far as even their sexual INSTINCTS are concerned—where their mating is strictly seasonal, ONLY and ALWAYS between a particular lioness when in heat in request of and with a particular lion, and via the vaginal passageway ALONE and never even accidentally through the anal passageway which is in very close proximity in location to the vaginal passageway—human beings who are homosexuals have other ways of expressing what they term to be their sexual preferences, oblivious of the fact that these “preferences” are unacceptable to the Creator!

Dear Vincent, all of this is because human beings do not seem to know the laws of the Creator; and I see this ignorance of mankind to have characterized most of your comments you made in reference to my article which have necessitated my writing of this letter to you.

And so, I shall now point out some of the thoughts you express in your comments which clearly show your ignorance of the will of the Creator, Yahuwah Elohiym, rather than your willful disobedience to them, in order that I may be able to assist you to understand the stance of Yahuwah Elohiym on homosexuality and thereby rid yourself of any association to it!

Before doing so however, I’d like to quote here in full and unedited, except where in the last sentence of your first paragraph I replaced “to” with “do”, your comments to my article you read for the information of readers of this letter and for them to further follow my thoughts in this open letter. Here are your comments in full:

Mr. Bapuohyele, I must ask this: what, exactly, are the things about homosexuality that cause you to believe it is sinful and "evil?" Here, you equate it with "pedophilia, prostitution, bestiality, rape, seduction, masturbation, adultery, fornication..." however, 3 of these things involve forcing one's self onto another in some way (with consent from a minor towards an adult is invalid in the power imbalance and lack of mental development, animals being incapable of consent and mostly incapable of higher level critical thinking, and rape frankly just being rape), along with prostitution and adultery having clear issues (prostitution often being a product of desperation or forceful entry into the business, and adultery being a breach of trust between a couple in a case of cheating). Masturbation, seduction, and fornication are not widely agreed upon as inherently evil, either, but I won't get tangential. What about homosexuality do you believe would make it right to lump it in with Rape?

Homosexual relationships are consenting relationships between two adults and, within the parameters of your definition of a proper marriage, if both partners are completely, absolutely virgins, and on top of that, faithful worshippers of Yahuwah Elohyim—what about their love makes it sinful? Is it the lack of childbirth? That would be senseless—so many children all around the world, Ghana included, are parentless or in an abusive/neglectful home, effectively parentless as well. A loving family, regardless of sexuality, would make every parentless child's dreams come true. And if a homosexual couple is just as capable of providing love and health to their child as any parent, is it not a sin to deny that child happiness and well-being?

The most natural order of things is that human beings may act (rightfully, without consequence) in favor of their own happiness so long as it does no harm to others or the universe, and that they too act in favor of the world at large and those around them: positivity into the universe, and positivity back. Consenting adults, entering into a relationship? This does no harm to anyone. Truly, the only thing that has changed is the sex of one of the adults. How does this simple change affect the sanctity and/or purity of the relationship, if we are all at our core simply Human (whatever human may be)?

I did not come to throw insults or any such thing—just genuine questions, and thoughts. I am a passerby to this site on recommendation, and will likely be unable to return. So, Mr. Bapuohyele, I leave you with this, and hope that it might stir up reflection and consideration.

Dear Vincent: From all these comments of yours, one thing is certain and this is what has led you to make all these comments of yours—you seem to be ignorant of the scriptures and you seem not to want to learn from them how you may live in order to please the Creator and have peace with Him and yourself!!

You see, as for me, I live by the Towrah as the instruction and laws of Yahuwah Elohiym meant for me which are also meant for anyone who would want to be able to please Him! So then, all I teach in my articles that are published on the Modern Ghana site are on Towrah-life, and any comments by readers are most welcome from those who believe in the Towrah or want to learn in order to also believe in and accept to live the Towrah-life some of us can’t do without!!

I am sure if you had taken pains to read my previous or earlier article titled Why Christian Clergymen Sin in Officiating Marriages for Non-Virgins (of internet link https://www.modernghana.com/news/817495/why-christian-clergymen-sin-in-officiating-marriages-for-non.html) in submission to my suggestion to readers of the one on which you posted your comments, I am sure you would have learned a lot about the ways of Yahuwah Elohiym and would thus not have asked most of your questions as you yourself would have seen them as irrelevant!

These two articles together teach so much about the large net or group of sins that are collectively termed as sexual sins, of which homosexuality is one, and the evils plaguing mankind on Earth through and by them.

By any little understanding of these two articles, sin will be seen to mean any act of disobedience to the Towrah (laws or instructions) of Yahuwah Elohiym, and not just acts which displease all or some of mankind even when such mankind may be acting in agreement together, such as homosexuals do without any inhibitions!!

Dear Vincent, have you ever considered what legally married bisexual couples do at sex orgies swapping partners just to satisfy their sexual appetites as sin even though these behaviors are always consensual and may hurt none of those involved in them?? But, of course, such behaviors are sin and evil since the Creator detests such lewd sexual behavior!

When I proved in my article that Christian clergymen sin in officiating marriages for non-virgins, it was obvious that their actions did not HURT anyone—neither themselves nor the male and or female non-virgins whose hands they claimed to have joined in marriage—and yet their actions proved to be sin and laden with evil, all because Yahuwah Elohiym forbids marriages between non-virgin women and men!!

So then, if marriages involving people who are of differing gender, and thus permitted by Yahuwah Elohiym, could even turn to be sinful because one of the couple was deemed a non-virgin according to the Towrah, how then can anyone think that marriages between two consenting homosexuals whose sexual “preference” is anal and oral sex would be deemed holy before Yahuwah??

Now, My Dear Vincent, let me give you a direct answer to your question in the first paragraph of your comments, which states thus: What about homosexuality do you believe would make it right to lump it in with Rape?

My simple answer is that, because homosexual behavior is one of many other ways of seeking sexual gratification in manners that are NOT ACCEPTABLE to the Creator, homosexuality is sin and evil even when it involves two consenting male adults!! As said earlier, any acts of mankind which displease the Creator are deemed as sin by Him and will therefore be judged in due time.

From the second paragraph of your comments, do you mean to say that homosexuals come in handy in solving the problems of the Earth that are caused by parental neglect of children simply because some homosexuals adopt children to live with them??

Are you then saying that it is the sexual preference or orientation as homosexuals that enables or empowers one to render such service and so every non-homosexual must applaud homosexuals in this service or that they (non-homosexuals) too should desire such empowerment for similar service??

Let me say that anyone who does not obey the Towrah (instructions, laws, commandments) of Yahuwah Elohiym is a liar if the one claims to have love in his heart for a street child!! You see, any test of true love is ONLY proven by the obedience to the commandments of Yahuwah; and in this, all homosexuals fail woefully!! This is so because Yahuwah says “if you love me you will keep my commandments”.

Again, nobody who does not keep the Towrah of Yahuwah Elohiym can be hand-picked and blessed by Him to render service to humanity and or to Him! So then you only delude yourself, Dear Vincent, by all the seemingly lofty ideals you espouse in your second paragraph of your comments to my article.

Dear Vincent, when I started reading the third paragraph of your comments, I thought you were yourself beginning to reason with nature by your opening sentence thus: The most natural order of things is that human beings may act (rightfully); only to immediately be disappointed a few words after!!

For, as it is only natural for all living beings to have one sexual orientation and preference to have sexual intercourse with the opposite sex, homosexuals would flout the ways of nature and prefer for two adult men consent to have sexual relations with each other, knowing very well that it is the wrong way to procreation which is the ultimate in all sexual unions in the context of marriage!

From all of your comments I see you are without the enlightenment of the scriptures and hence are living in confusion as a homosexual deviant to the ways of Yahuwah Elohiym!

I therefore wonder what enlightenment you could possibly offer me per your suggestion in the conclusion of your comment.

And so, before I conclude, permit me to give your some verses of the Towrah that warn mankind against the lifestyle of homosexuality so you would be enlightened and be saved from death, even if only spiritual death!

These Towrah references are from Vayikra (Leviticus) 18:22 and 20:13. They state thus: (18:22) Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. (20:13) If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

As can clearly be seen in these verses quoted above, homosexual men copulating with each other, that is, man to man, is evil and sin! Its only punishment is the death penalty for those who engage in it!

Sad to say that when practicing homosexuals somehow manage to escape their deserving death, they brazenly ask for the legitimization of their evil deed by state governments. How more nauseating can the evil and sinful actions of homosexuals be in the eyes of the Creator through such requests of theirs??

Dear Vincent, I hope that by my labors in writing you this letter, you have gained some spiritual enlightenment! Nonetheless, I am always there for you if you need further clarification of my thoughts on any issue expressed in any of my articles or if you would want us to keep the conversation in this missive going!!
