Environmental Health Officer adjudged Best Worker In Agona West Municipality

The Agona West Municipal Assembly in the Central Region has adjudged Mr. George Freeman, Head of the Environmental Health and Sanitation Department as the overall Best Worker for 2017.

The award was instituted by the Assembly to honour its hardworking staff and to encourage them to perform their assigned duties effectively.

The Agona West Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Justina Marigold Assan commended Mr. George Freeman for his commitment and dedication to duty.

According to the MCE, ever since he became the Head if the Environmental Health Department, Mr. George Freeman has truly and unconditionally proven his mettle beyond all reasonable doubt as the most assiduous staff and had really curved a niche not only for himself but for the entire Agona West Municipality.

Hon. Justina Marigold Assan further stated that Mr. George Freeman undoubtedly combined initiative and drive in discharging his duties morally and socially within his domain without fear of being reprimanded.

" With your eleven experience on the job, the Agona West Municipal Assembly deemed it befitting and proper to adjudge you as overall best Worker.

Generally, among the staff, you remarkably endeared yourself sociably and approachable. You will forever be remembered by all and sundry"

The Central Regional Coordinating Director, Mr. Kingsley Agyei Boahene who read the citation on behalf of the Agona West Municipal Assembly Commended Mr. George Freeman for his dedication to duty.

Part of the citation read "A job which is well executed without blemish deserves an unqualified praises and thanks and above all an acknowledgement in the highest esteem.

In this regard, we, the staff and workers of the Agona West Municipal Assembly express our utmost appreciation to you, Mr. George Freeman, the Head of the Environmental Health and Sanitation Department for the able and dedication manner you went about your moral and legal responsibilities"

Receiving the citation, Mr. George Freeman lauded the MCE and her management team for recognizing his little contribution in line with the Assembly's vision and mission.

He assured the MCE that he would work assiduously to ensure disease free environment in the Agona West Municipality.

For being Municipal overall Best Worker, Mr. Freeman received a Deep Freezer, citation and a certificate as his reward.
