NDC NDC Unity Campaign Gets Boost With Techiman Walk
JAN 4, 2018 LISTEN

All individuals who have expressed the desire to contest the flagbearer slot of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) are expected to participate in Saturday’s Unity Walk scheduled for Techiman in the Brong Ahafo Region.

This is a major boost to ongoing unity campaign project aimed at mobilising grass root support for the leading opposition party going into the 2020 general elections, organisers have told Myjoyonline.com.

The campaign forms part of the NDC’s strategies toward reorganising its support base and re-energise party faithful as it plans to recapture power after suffering a humiliating defeat in the general elections held on December 7, 2016, at the hands of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).
